ANAYA Health Services Pty Ltd serves as the seat of executive functions where shareholders of four (4) company holdings combine their ideas, skills and capabilities to ensure all lines of business function seamlessly, interdependent in processes, but independently standing as business entities. It holds the majority share of the following business entities that serve its internal and external stakeholders under the core values, work culture and strategies of Anaya Health Services Pty Ltd and its brand.
ANAYA Wellness Enterprise houses Anaya’s shared services in administration, finance, IT, legal and compliance, marketing and Human Resources. It also manages the health and wellness merchandise of ANAYAWELLNESS.com.au, introducing products from global leaders in holistic and internal health, mental health, assistive technology and adaptive devices, giving consumers and providers access to quick and reliable health solutions.
It centralises all of Agape RSS and Agape Excellence’s end-to-ess Hubs One & Two. An ambitious multi-million dollar infrastructure that will house the ANAYA executives and business partners within the private allied health sector, giving adequate spaces to highly specialised therapies and support services such as the Memory Clinic for Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease, the Hand Clinic for hand therapy, the Speech Laboratory and more.
It serves the vulnerable people of the community with its multi-disciplinary approach of ethically, morally and socially sound support allocation and planning. Support Workers are trained under certain standards, following the Agape Excellence fundamentals and its fully developed Service Quality Management System. With the direct support from our very committed and person-focused allied health professionals within the Reablement team, led by an in house occupational therapists, behavioural specialists, community registered nurses and physiotherapists immersed in synergy with our support workers and our training team, the Agape Excellence Pty Ltd.
A training interface with a suite of training modules carefully designed to your skills and capabilities development requirements for NDIS support work in different levels of support or care, and our preparatory approach to what the Aged Care sector requires , ultimately opening venues for personal and professional growth to support workers and the community.
This is further enchanced by an array of leadership and management training courses to ensure the actualization of one’s potentials.
